Insurance of professional and general liability for damages
The insurance of liability for damages is primarily concluded by entities in relation to which there exists a possibility that by performing their profession they could cause injury to others and they would not be able to pay to the injured party damages incurred in the full amount.
Our insurance
With the insurance of liability for damages, our insurance company pays for damages incurred in relation to actions performed, which are defined in the insurance policy as services rendered by the medical service organisation. The insurance company pays to the injured party financial damages and possible costs for legal representation if the legal action is filed against the insured. Our insurance policy is valid on the territory of the EU, Russia, and other countries stated below. It is governed by the Czech legal rules and regulations which will be followed in case of a dispute.
