Please contact our Call Centre over the phone or send us your request by email. You may also fill in a special form to specify your requirements. Our Call Centre communicates in four languages – English, German, Russian and French. We will contact you within 24 hours.

Fill in a form
On the basis of your request, we will send you an agreement and a form to fill in and return to us. In addition to that, we will also need your medical documentation. You will also receive an invoice related to the performance of the SO.
Within 48 hours of the time when the payment is credited to our account, you will receive the processed SO and the initial offer of the medical check-up and procedure in the language of your choice.

Step 3
Offer and price calculation
In the first stage, our representative will give you information about further progress as well as the gross estimate of the price. In view of the specification of your medical condition, we will then proceed to make you a concrete offer, including the price.

Client evaluation
You are the one to make the decision now. If you find our offer satisfactory, we will enter into an agreement.

Step 5
Further information
Now we will need further details concerning your medical condition. You will fill in our questionnaire and we will send it to the physician in the relevant hospital.
On the basis of the questionnaire, the physician will decide on the optimum medical procedure. We will also send you the time schedule, vouchers, agreement and further instructions.

Before your departure
Before you board the plane, we will make sure that you have all the necessary documents – papers, visas or any permits required.

On your arrival
On your arrival to the airport, you will be awaited by the representative of the Czech Medical Tours. All your transfers will be arranged.

Entry check-up
You will see your physician who will arrange for all the necessary medical examinations before the operation.

Undergoing operation in accordance with the time schedule
When your physician confirms that all the preventive check-ups are satisfactory, we will proceed in accordance with the time schedule of the planned operation. Take into account that you may need to stay in the hospital for a few days before you are fully recovered. Your physician will prepare a comprehensive documentation of your treatment and the costs involved.

Release check-up
After the physician considers that your post-operative rehabilitation was successful, we will arrange everything that is required for your return home in maximum comfort.

Post-operative care
Back home, you will have to follow the rehabilitation programme prescribed by your physician. You may contact us at any time if you have any doubts.
