Any data subject who discovers or has reason to believe that the administrator or processor is processing his/her data in violation of the protection of his/her private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if such data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, can: a) demand an explanation from the administrator or processor, or b) demand that the administrator or processor remedy such state. Such remedial measure can include blocking, amending, supplementing or deleting the personal data. If the data subject´s demands are deemed legitimate, the administrator or processor shall remedy the incorrect state immediately. If the administrator or processor fails to satisfy the data subject´s demands, the data subject is entitled to appeal directly to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. If damages other than financial damages occur as a result of processing the data subject's personal data, the process for lodging a claim is governed by a special law. The administrator is obliged without undue delay to inform the recipient of the data subject's request and of blocking, amending, supplementing or liquidating the personal data. The foregoing does not apply if it is not possible to inform the recipient or if the provision of such information would require a disproportionate amount of effort.
CMT intends to provide the client with several materials verbally and in writing, such as marketing materials, invoices and itineraries containing information about medical services providers, hospitals, doctors, travel locations, travel details, etc. In principle such information is obtained from the providers of medical or travel services directly. However we do not continually verify the accuracy of such information and do not take responsibility for any inconsistency. Also, the medical services are the sole responsibility of that provider with their own terms and conditions. Please note that the materials and documents issued to the clients are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation or change fees. It is the client's responsibility to familiarize oneself with the terms and conditions. Also, many times exact cancellation fees may not be known until after cancellation, due to the booking systems, policies and processes of the relevant service providers. Therefore, the client agrees that CMT is not responsible for the uncertainty of cancellation fees. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the providers' liability such as liability for death, personal injury or medical malpractice. The clients' booking is made subject to, and constitutes acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions. Although, CMT receives and collects any payment in respect of medical, travel or related services, for the medical services providers, for any reason, if a medical services provider is unable or unwilling to provide you the services for which you have been promised, your best option lies with the medical services provider, as applicable, and not against CMT. However, CMT shall provide you with full support and will do the best to work with the medical services provider to provide the service or to refund the money.
All terms and conditions of the contractual relationships are governed by a Contract concluded in advance of provision of Services.
Also, the client agrees that it is their responsibility for obtaining all health information and travel documents that are required. The client also acknowledges that under no circumstances they will obtain travel insurance to cover part or all of the travel to receive medical services from the medical services provider. While the travel insurer determines insurance on individual circumstances, the coverage may be limited or none for travel for medical purposes and / or for any pre-existing conditions for which you or your traveling companions are traveling.
All prices and fares quoted by CMT are in EURO, unless specified, and are subject to change without notice at any time prior to departure. All terms and conditions of the contractual relationships are governed by a Contract concluded in advance of provision of Services.

We do not take any responsibility for cancelation of any flights or other means of traveling to the place of medical treatment provision. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.
